Chicago, IL- Another weekend on the road for NYGHoopsReport to the ‘We Got Next’ All-American Camp in Chicago. The two-day event accommodated 50 plus prospects, from Il, OK, WI, MO, and IN.
Trinity Boone 5’ PG (2027) Oklahoma
The talented young floor general had no problem racking up points through the weekend. She was the youngest attendee in camp. Showed some ability to play either guard spot - two-way player that will be a name to remember in the future.
Destiny Jackson 5’3PG (2025) Illinois
It was an excellent weekend for the fiery young athletic guard. Jackson started off the weekend, mostly being a past first type PG. However, as time passed, she became more comfortable with teammates; as a result, she turned up her scoring.
Jaylah Lampley 5’10 (2025) Indiana
If I had one word to describe Lampley it would be productive. She Scored, rebounded, defended, and played multiple positions. She is not a flashy player, but skilled and team player. As she adds strength and more confidence, this will be a name to remember in the future.
Lola Lampley 5’9 G (2026) Indiana
The younger Lampley plays bigger than her listed size. She did an excellent job rebounding, Showed consistency and nice form on her jumper. Exhibited the ability to push the ball off rebounds, used her length well in effecting shots. As she adds maturity and strength, this is another young prospect that you will be hearing her name in the future.
Xyanna Walton 5’3 G (2026) Illinois
Well-Coached kid shows good fundamentals. Good range to the arc, played both on and off the ball. She Exhibited ability to score on all three levels.
Tailor Lawrence 5’8 G (2024) Illinois
Compact solid built guard that plays off the ball or on the wing. Scorers mentality, finished through contact, and showed some range on her shot.
Ava Miles 5’7 G (2026) Missouri
Long athletic built combo guard, fundamentality sound. She earned the nickname Grant Hill at the camp. Used her size well, did an excellent job using as ball fake, jab steps to separate.
Laila Abdurraqib 5’8 (2025) Indiana
Classic 2 guard, uses her frame well, nice jumper, scorersmentality with range to the arc. Two-way player that did an excellent job rebounding for her size at the camp.
