How was your AAU experience playing with Coach?
I played my first year of AAU last year on the City Rocks 17U team for Coach Danzy. We had a super competitive season last year and played some top tier teams.Prior to that I spent my summers playing club lacrosse. I was attracting a lot of attention from high level D1 lacrosse programs but realized I wasn’t doing what I really loved so I decided to put my stick down and focus solely on basketball. I hope we all get back on the courts this AAU season where I will be playing for Coach Danzy and Huerter on the 17U City Rocks team.
How was your experience like playing basketball at Pittsford Mendon High School?

I am fortunate to play on a really competitive Pittsford Mendon High School team, ranked number 2 in NYS. Aggressive defense is our main focus and we work hard and share the ball. We were the 2019 NY State Champions and the 2019 NY Federation Champions and I was named to the All-tournament team for both championships.
What was your most memorable moment during the high school season?
One of my most memorable moments was scoring my 1000th point and be able to share the special milestone with my team, coaches and so many friends and family. My other most memorable moment this season was winning our fourth straight sectional title.
What is it like playing for your high school coach? I love my high school coach, Todd Julien. I have been working with him since 6th grade and we have grown extremely close. I have taken some unofficial on-campus college visits which have been great because you have the opportunity to actually see the campus firsthand. However, because of current circumstances the college coaches have been doing a great job providing an opportunity to connect and see the campus through Zoom tours and presentations.
