I had the great opportunity to cover this Individual event and I have identified some of the players that I was impressed with.  In my humble estimation, if these players continue to develop there skills and Basketball IQ will have a chance to compete at the collegiate level.


Ariyah Wheless - 2019 - Guard - 5’7” - Greensboro, NC - Southern Guilford HS - NC Team Xpress - Good ball handler with athletic ability and length - very involved on both ends of the floor.

Kyanna Morgan - 2020 - Guard - 6’0” -  Charlotte, NC - Vance HS - Garner Flames (EYBL) - High level athleticism  - good ball handler that can get to the rim and has area code range from beyond the 3pt line.

Jacee Busick - 2020 - Wing - 6’1” -  Kernersville, NC - Glenn HS - NC Team Xpress - Great range on jump shot - good ball handler and defensive ability.

Nevaeh Brown - 2020 - Guard - 5’9” - Midland, NC - Central Cabarrus HS - NC Team Xpress - Athletic Combo guard that has high level competitiveness - perimeter defender.

Jamia Blake - 2020 - PG - 5’7” - Rock Hill, SC - Soth Point HS - 1Dream - Strong ball handler and driving ability - shot creator for self and others - can playoff the ball as well. (Pictured)

J’Mani Ingram - 2020 - Guard - 5’7” - North Augusta, SC - North Augusta HS - Georgia Sting - High IQ player with strong skills that is a Winner (2X State Champion) - Can play both backcourt positions.

Bralyn Milton - 2021 - Guard - 5’9” - Mint Hill, NC - Independence, HS - 1Dream - Combo guard that can shoot the ball to beyond the 3pt line - long athletic slashing ability.

Taylor Henderson - 2021 - Guard - 5’9” - Charlotte, NC - Myers Park HS - SC76ers - Strong shooting ability - Can run the team and play off the ball - High IQ.

Kennedy Calhoun - 2021 - PG - 5’5” - Harrisburg, NC - Hickory Ridge HS - 1Dream - Perimeter defender with strong ball handling abilities - consistent mid range shooter.

Reiven Douglas - 2021 - Guard - 5’8” - Raleigh, NC - Millbrook Magnet - Garner Flames (EYBL) - Active player on both ends of the floor - Strong ball handler that can run the team.

India Nivar - 2022 - Guard - 5’8” - Apex. NC - Carolina Dream - Unbelievable competitor that can play all 3 guard positions - Perimeter defender - can score at all 3 levels. Player to watch!!

Reychel Douglas - 2023 - Guard/Wing -  5’11” - Raleigh, NC - Carolina Dream - Highly skilled player that uses her size to create shots and runs the floor very well - great shot form - Player to watch!!

Skye Harris - 2021 - Guard - 5’8” - Montgomery, AL - Brewtech Magnet - FBC - Consistent knock down shooter from mid range and to 3pt - Long athletic player that plays both ends.
