Northbrook, Il- With many of the nation’s top prospects in the windy city for the 40th McDonald’s ALL- American game. Elite Girls Basketball Report hosted a one day camp to identify some of tomorrows future stars. NYGHoops Report was on hand for the duration of the camp. The following prospects are some of the standouts of the day.
Greta Kampschroeder 6’00 W 2021
Nice sized player with a high motor combine with skill sets. Greta stood out when I first saw her in the parking lot. When she got on the court she did nothing to disappoint. Good ball handler, rebounder and defender. Not a volume shooter but very productive with the shots she took.
Christine Corpuz 5’05 PG 2020
When they say “good things come in small packages”. There should be a picture of Corpuz. The quick, crafty little point guard played with swagger and demonstrated the ability to shoot off the bounce.
Kyle Feuerbach 5’11 W 2020
Marksman, known for her deep range. She did not disappoint hands down and was the best shooter at the camp connecting from behind the NBA line a few times on catch and shot situations.
Lindsey Rogers 6’00 W/F 2020
Big strong nimble combo forward that won twice during competitive play. Rogers a southpaw displayed range to the three-point line as well as the ability to connect on Free-thrown even when fatigue. As she continues to develop her inside game to match her outside game she is a name to remember.
Gianine Boado 5’08 PG 2021
Spark plug young point guard, dependable handles, effective in catch and shoot situations and was very coachable. Boado’s IQ and perimeter shooting will allow her to contribute right away at the high school level.
