The Paterson, N.J. based NJ Sparks dominated the Rose Classic championship Sunday at the Ronald Edmonds Learning Center. A feat not to be taken lightly, in the first eleven years of the event this has never occurred. No one would have predicted that the New Jersey Sparks would walk away with all the three championships at The Nike Rose Classic (Fall 2016). Winning the Biddy division impressively by 30 plus vs. Harlem USA, then winning the Junior division on a last second shot by Kayla Beckford who was named Junior Division Season MVP & Championship Game MVP for the Biddy division. They capped the night off with a victory vs. Lady Bulls (NY Gauchos). Below I have listed the all-tournament team. The Rose Classic awards are selected by the event staff. The selections are made at season's end, after viewing the games.
