Adidas All American Camp
 
Portland, OR. –  This past weekend Adidas held its Girl’s high school All - American Camp at NIAA Multnomah University.  NYGHoops Report was in attendance and got a chance to evaluate 47 prospects from the Adidas circuit. The following players where some of the top prospects evaluated at the event, chosen randomly.  
 
 
Rokia Doumbia 5’11 W (Hamilton Heights, TN 2019)
 
 One of the bounciest prospects in the camp was the 5’11” lefty wing, who plays bigger than her size due to her outstanding athleticism. She has an endless motor, and never gave up on plays on either end. Combined that with her skill sets and vocal presence on the court she was very hard to miss. For sure one of the top 5 prospects at the event.
 
 
  Halley Van Lith 5’07 PG (Cashmere HS, WA 2020)
 
relentless slasher at 5'9", the wiry scorer would not be denied in Portland. Not only is she a capable scoring going to the rim, but she is an unselfish passer as well, who will do whatever it takes for her team to get the win. Overall, she got better as the weekend went on, which caught our eye.
 
 
Teisha Hyman 5’10 PG (Woodlands HS, NY 2019)
 
“The standout player” of all standout players of the New York contingent from the camp. She again showed why she is an elite level guard breaking down defenders, and making it look effortless at times. Hyman reminds me of a young Tyler Scaife, with her ability to score at the rim and specially her mid-range game.
 
Stephanie Soarez 6’06 P (Home Schooled, TX 2018)
 
One of the more intriguing long-term prospects in the entire camp was Soarez. Standing around 6'6" with a thin frame, she was very comfortable playing in the post. Moved well, caught the ball well and even showed a few back to the basket moves as she adds strength she can become a force. 
 
35 Aijha Blackwell 6’00 W (Whitefield academy, MO 2019)
 
Showed the ability to play or guard a 2,3,4 at some point during the camp. Her speed and agility at her size was quite impressive. The lefty converted on all three levels and drew fouls, was very efficient scoring. Played both ends and had a nact for blocking shots. For sure another top 5 prospect at the event.
 
 
Brazil Havey-Carr 6’01 W/F (Leap Academy, NJ 2019)
 
Classic lefty tweener forward prospect. Showed ability to put the ball on the floor with confidence and showed nice form on her perimeter shot. Used her frame to her advantage in attacking the basket.
 
 
Elizabeth Dixon 6’03 F (Ridgeway HS, TN 2018)
 
The Georgia Tech commit, Showed the ability to control the game even when she was not scoring. Handle the ball well enough to start the break or 1,2 dribbles facing the rim creating separation. Dixon, did many other tangibles things needed on a team to win.  
 
 
Maddie Plank 5’11 G (Briarcliff HS, NY 2019)
 
Lefty strong built bigger guard that got in the lane and was willing to share the ball with teammates. Plank was at her best in the open court and coming down hill. Watching her go through drill sessions and her ability to pick up things quickly, may translate to her high academic background.
