Event Recap - Part 2 of 3

 

• 2023 - 5’7” - Guard - Jyana Salton - Charlotte Monarchs - High level player that has the ability to score at all 3 Levels, Athletic that can finish in traffic with both hands, Combo Guard that loves to play in the transition game - Excited to watch her Develop!!

 

• 2021 - 5’10” - Wing - Briauna Booth - Lady Gaters - Great Versatility because of her size, High IQ player that can pass out of the post or on the perimeter with ease, great defensive ability on the perimeter and interior, Good ball handler that can create off the bounce.

 

• 2023 - 5’7” - Guard - Amiyah Ferguson - SC76ers - Combo Guard that can run the team or operate as scoring option on perimeter, good ball handler that can shoot the ball consistently from mid range to 3pt line, Quality prospect!!

 

• 2024 - 5’6” - Guard - Jazlyn Harris - Charlotte Monarchs - Athletic scoring point Guard, quick first step and strong ball handling ability, Ability to finish and create shots once in traffic, Good shot form and range to 3pt line.

 

• 2022 - 5’5” - Guard - Tamia Morris - Fayetteville Lady Stars - High IQ Combo Guard that can really stroke it from beyond the 3pt line, Great off the bounce and can operate in the lane to score and pass, very good perimeter defender.

 

• 2025 - 5’2” - Guard - Alana Hankerson - Charlotte Lady Wolves - Lead Guard that has a great understanding of the game, Great ball handler that takes care of the ball and can create off the bounce, great shot form and consistent jumper with range.

 

• 2021 - 5’7” - Guard - Daveona Hatchell - Confidence Cougars - Combo Guard with a great understanding of how to score the ball, loves to get into the lane and use her body to create space to get shots off, Great rebounder that can score with her back to the basket, 3pt range and ability to shoot over taller players.

 

• 2024 - 5’7” - Guard - Olivia Tucker - Carolina Flames - Quality Guard with the ability to play all 3 Guard positions, Great frame and strength for her age, good ball handler and loves to attack the rim, can finish in traffic, Great Upside!!

 

• 2023 - 5’3” - Guard - Laila Hankerson - Charlotte Lady Wolves - Competes at a high level on both ends of the floor, good ball handler that can slash off the wing or run the offense equally, High IQ, Consistent mid-range shooter.

 

• 2021 - 6’0” - Wing - Shakira Baskerville - Lady team Charlotte - Athletic with a Great frame and skill level for her size, Slasher with ability to play with back to basket as well, Long arms and legs make her a great defender and tough matchup on the offensive side, Great Upside!!!

 

• 2025 - 5’7” - Wing - Alicia McClain - Carolina Lynx - Skilled player that can operate as a Point/Forward, great passing ability and vision out of the high post, able to score from all 3 levels, Range on shot comes from a high release that is tough to block.

 

• 2021 - 5’4” - Guard - Jayla McDouglad - Jammers Basketball - Active, High IQ - Combo Guard that can  operate all 3 Guard positions, Good ball handler, slashing ability and she loves to attack the rim, can finish in traffic.

 

• 2023 - 5’9” - Forward - Christyonna Jackson - SC Future - Athletic, highly skilled Forward that runs the floor very well and can finish on the interior consistently, Great passing ability and vision, Mid-range shooter that is stretching it to 3pt line.

 

• 2025 - 5’3” - Guard - Jamyia Lindsey - Carolina Lynx - Skilled, Combo Guard with a great understanding of the game, has the ability to finish in traffic consistently at the rim, great shooting form and distance to 3pt line, Strong perimeter defender.

 

• 2019 - 5’8” - Wing - Mercer Roberts - Confidence Cougars - High IQ with a strong handle, ability to operate as primary ball handler but is more suited on Wing, Strong Form and Consistent 3pt Range… Can get hot and hit shots off the bounce or set shot.

 

• 2021 - 5’10” - Guard - Diamond Monroe - Lady Gaters - Athletic, High IQ, Skilled player that can play all 3 Guard positions, Perimeter Defender that plays extremely well in the transition game, Great shooting ability and form, Range to beyond 3pt line.

 

• 2022 - 5’7” - Guard - Amiah Savage - Fayetteville Lady Stars - Combo Guard with strong ball handling ability, Great court vision and passing ability in half court and transition, can attack of the bounce and shoot consistently from mid-range and out to 3pt line.

 

• 2020 - 5’7” - Guard - Susana Delgado - Carolina Tigers - High IQ, Skilled player that can create off the bounce, great vision and passing ability, has the ability to make others around her play at a higher level, perimeter defensive abilities.

 

• 2023 - 5’5” - Guard - Kylie Chavis - Team Thunder (NC) - Great frame and skill level, can finish in traffic at the rim, slashing ability and can also shoot the ball from the mid-range consistently, Bright future.

 

• 2021 - 5’7” - Wing - Alaya Finley - Mt. Luxor Rockets - Athletic, long perimeter defender that can get out in transition off steals and deflections, can get crafty on finishes at the rim, good ball handler that has court vision and passing ability.

 

• 2023 - 5’8” - Wing - Destinee Barnes - Carolina Waves - Athletic Lockdown Perimeter Defender that can really attack the Basket, plays extremely well in the transition game, Strong frame that allows to rebound over taller players, great footwork, High IQ.
